About The Radical Herbalist

Danielle Waterman is a Certified Herbalist and Nutritionist located in Southern California. She has over 800 hours of study and offers personalized Health & Wellness plans.

Danielle’s journey into the holistic health world began at a very young age. Growing up in sunny Southern California, she watched the women in her family create delicious meals that seemed to comfort and heal her with each bite. It was then that Danielle realized that food was something more than just what one β€œeats”. Food is an art. A medicine. An invaluable tool β€” especially when she lived on her own 3,000 miles away from home at the young age of 19. Foods that once satisfied her such as fast food, and frozen meals quickly became harder to enjoy.

This trial not only tested her will, but also gave her a spark to learn more about the root cause of illnesses, and how to cultivate the strength, hope, and faith to move forward in a happy, healthier body.

In October 2020, The Radical Herbalist was created. The mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health by providing personalized care and education. Danielle’s clinical practice offers personalized consultations with clients seeking natural health solutions. She offers a range of services, including herbal remedies, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle recommendations.

    This meeting is a 30 min-1 hour in-depth review of current supplements coupled with high quality recommendations. You will also learn how to read your labels and take the right dose for optimal and affordable use.

3 Super important clinical questions! β € Questions are key figuring which lifestyle, herbal, and nutritional recommendations would work best for my clients! My 3 favorite are: β € How do you start your day? β € This is SUCH an important question because this helps me figure out if you wake up groggy, wake up hungry or uninterested in eating for hours. This is also a great place to add a morning routine or something that will jumpstart your day in the right foot. β € How many times do you go no. 2 a day? β € This is probably my favorite question because it’s the perfect indicator of how your digestion is going. β € What time do you go to bed and wake up? Sleep is so important, especially if someone is looking to improve their health in any direction. Frequent colds and flu’s? Sleep. Brain fog and lack of concentration? Sleep! The idea is that before we do any major changes or take away anything from someone’s diet and lifestyle, we must first build them up. As my mentor, and Elder of our program Paul Bergner says, “If someone has a piece of their life missing, it’s like a pie.
